I ready cannot believe this company waiting almost over 4 months for service
We initially contacted xfinity to get high speed internet via fiber optic. Well you talk to a sales person they promise you the world and you get far less. Our dilemma began when the first field tech showed up. He couldn’t find the closest connection point. A few weeks later two other guys show up to scope out where the cable must be laid. They told us the fiber optic would work and that the RF cable would not do to the 500ft run. They leave never to be seen again. Well then we had service techs visit our home at least 5 times to install the service in the house. We told them we were still waiting for the service to be brought to the house. For some reason when we would call customer service ,which is 75% of the time someone in a call center overseas , would automatically schedule a service call. They would not listen when we told them the cable still need to be brought to our house. Then we see the cable installers had completed 3 directional bores under driveways in the long cable run that the initial crew said that the RF cable will not work. One xfinity tech later found a connection less than 300 ft near our home. Well another cable installer shows up , can’t speak a bit of English, was again going to run the cable in the 500 ft run. We even had a supervisor walk the short distance and he agreed it was the best route. Where are people getting their orders from . I hope not the customer service who is so clueless. We are trying so hard to get this service. We have ask to talk to the engineers or higher up to get this resolved. Unfortunately customer service won’t comply…..they are clueless once again. I really don’t know how this company can run a business if they don’t communicate. All we want is the service and to end this madness.
