I paid my bill up to November. I switched programming and you cut off my programming that was paid until November. Why?????
I paid my bill through November and you cut off my programming before. Since I paid for the month, why did it change mid month

@user_9t4b20 Great question! When changes are made to an account most of the time it is effective the date you make the changes unless otherwise requested for a later date. This is why your account will be prorated on the next billing statement. You wouldn't be charged for services you did not receive. Were you looking to revert to a previous package until a specific date?
