I ordered Xfinity
But now I cannot log into my account or find confirmation that I will be receiving the package I ordered. Every time I try to log in, it logs me back out, so I cannot even use Ask Xfinity because I cannot stay logged in. I got an email saying that I still had products in my shopping cart, but I also cannot access that to see if I need to complete more steps or something. I'm not sure what to do to make sure I get my internet package.
