I ordered equipment on Dec. 18th - still not arrived - can't get support on the phone - Solved

* Updated to solved - finally was able to connect with someone. The original support person on the 18th did not fully submit the order, hence obviously then it was never shipped, unfortunately. *

 

Would appreciate Comcast support please validate/check on this status. I ordered new equipment on Dec. 18th - have yet to receive the equipment. I did this via phone and even received the text to approve the request which I did, and was acknowledged by the rep on the phone. I can't get through to support on the phone. Please let me know the status of this.
