I ordered a getting started kit and have not received any tracking information
I signed up to xfinity earlier this month and have not gotten any updates as to where my order is. I’ve looked through my most recent confirmation email as well as the billing section in the app. I have yet to receive any information on if it’s even shipped or when it will be at my apartment.
