I opened up my first WiFi account ever, but still have not received my visa gift card

When I first signed up for Xfinity, it was a nightmare. I just moved into my own place for the first time. The old tenant that was evicted before me, didn’t shut off her WiFi and for some strange reason Xfinity kept associating her with me. Why was a previous tenant being associated with me? I have a lease without her name on it. Anyhow this ex tenant kept showing up on my property and I had to get a restraining order against her.  Xfinity made me sit on a 3 way call with her to confirm that she wants to cancel! I don’t know this person and they trespass on my property why did Xfinity do this??? They made me sit on a phone call with someone I had an active restraining order against. Not only that my wifi didn’t even work when it was first set up. (Which I now think was the previous tenant messing with my wires for being angry she was evicted) Now it says I don’t have the visa gift card?? What are you guys doing? This is my first time living out on my own, my first wifi, my first everything.
