I now have 2 surplus cable modems - keep or dispose?

I recently returned to Xfinity thanks to the 5 year fixed price no data cap offer. I left a few months ago when Xfinity refused to negotiate a better contract price.  I had been with them for over 10 years and was a happy customer until that point. Fiber locally was a much better deal. But $50 for 1Gb locked in for 5 years could not be ignored.

For the first time, I am using a Comcast Modem / Router. It is set to bridge mode because my home network is too complex for a Comcast router to handle. I'm happy. Bridge mode is completely transparent.

But I now have 2 Motorola cable modems in storage. One has a 2.5Gb port, the other is 24x.

What should I do with them? Do they still have value to anyone? Or are they now expensive garbage?

user_6ddrey Thank you for stopping by with your questions about your no longer used equipment. For any Xfinity leased equipment that can always be returned, we can take care of it for you. For other devices that are owned by you the customer, you can totally resell them. We have a great community on Reddit, as well as here on the forums they may be able to provide additional recommendations.
