When logging in at xfinity.com/membership, does the Minions Movie reward reflect as redeemed to you?

The Minion movie reward was a huge fiasco. I was on the phone with 3 different people for multiple hours. The first one was clueless. The second said she would have someone call me. No one did.The 3rd one has said they must charge me $10 for the movie then issue a credit to my account. It is supposed to work on 6/29. We shall see.
