I never get a callback
I have been trying for months to remove some services, change my plan, lower my bill... I called the 1800 number multiple times, and I allways get the same automatic message: "Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please call again later. Mesage 6." I have requested many many callback, also agents from the chats have requested callbacks. I never receive them. I allways receive the text when the call is scheduled, and then after some time, I receive another automatic text: "An Xfinity agent tried to call you but could'n reach you. We will try again very soon." I NEVER get the callbacks. Please help!!
