I need to talk to an actual person and keep getting re routed to the automated voice message.

Trying to switch to a student plan but can't get ahold of a person.

I have attached a link for our Student internet deals.  Verify your student status: You will need to verify your student status through SheerID, a third-party verification service. Select your plan: Choose the internet or bundle plan that best suits your needs.
Complete the sign-up process: Follow the instructions to complete your sign-up and apply the discount to your account.
