It's been 90 days since I joined Xfinity. Where is my prepaid virtual MasterCard?  The tracker is useless.

Hello @user_jd95v4, thank you for your comment. The Xfinity Incentive Tracker is another place to check the status of your prepaid card and get updates. Customers can check the status of their incentive approximately one week after activation of all required services. https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track When checking the tracker, are you getting an error message or nothing displays for you?
