I need to talk to a real person not a robot

I have been calling for 4 days to resolve service. I have made a Payment and internet still haven't been restored. I have tried numerous times to speak to a agent and I keep getting the AI Bot. I need to speak to a human before I end up cutting this service off. This is ridiculousz xfinity will take your money but don't have actual people to talk to
