I need to talk to a live person with a heartbeat not AI [Edited]

We never get the speed we are paying for and now have had several disruptions in service over the last 3 days. This is after they did recent service "upgrades" in the area in the last month. I work from home and can not continue with the service interruptions. How can I speak with a real live person.

Why bother when you are the one telling me their is an outage with a resolution time that constantly moves. You did upgrades in our neighborhood and now your service is unreliable at best.
