I need to speak with a real person in xfinity / comcast chat is not going anywhere
I have tried chat several times I have an old account that i am due a credit but it is my dad moms name now I get a email saying i owe for equipment but not where it is supposed or which account i need a human

To review this securely, please send us a Direct Message with the full name that was on the account and the complete service address, at that time, to Xfinity Support.
How to send a Direct Message:
- Sign in if needed
- Click the Direct Message icon (top right)
- Select New Message
- Type Xfinity Support in the “To” field
- Enter your message and press Enter
Once we receive your message, we'll be happy will help review the account.
