I need to speak with a live person. I cant get through your automated system.

I went on the Xfinity app and it determined that there is a problem with our internet that requires a service technician. So, I made an apt through the auto-bot assistant for Friday 3/28/25 between 5 and 7pm and I received a text confirming and then I get a text hours later saying my appointment is cancelled. Then when I text the bot back and say why is y appointment canceled it shows my appointment scheduled for tomorrow?!!! WHICH IS IT? ARE THEY COMING OR ARE THEY NOT? I will still be at work and have to leave early and drive 45 minutes to meet the technician.
