I am paying too much for the service to my web here. I ordered a higher service than I needed I remember it was 1000 service and I don't get that, so I want to lower the cost to an 800, and I want to know about the free second phone line.

My name is [Edit: Personal Information] and I want to lower my bill. When I got the internet I asked for the highest that was 1000. I remember that it was about $10 per hundred so I ordered 1000 but I don't get that speed or whatever, so I want to lower my plan to the 800. It should save me about $20.00 a month, rough estimate. RSVP
