I need to speak with a live agent

I never received my paper bill in the mail ( which is how I submit my payment) This has happened after speaking with an agent re essentials plus. please advise!

Thanks for reaching out to us if you jump onto our awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps  you can make sure you're set up to receive a paper bill you'll want to check to make sure you're not set up for paperless billing to ensure that the paper bill was sent out from the mail

it seems that my account was set up for paperless billing in error! How do I resolve this?????

@XfinityOrlandoM​  Hello- Do not want to sign up for the application. Please advise how to resolve my issue with regard to CANCELLING paperless billing!!!

Great question ,Via the awesome Xfinity app if you go to account, then billing details , then bill details, the click on paperless billing to turn it off and then you next bill should be mailed out. Via the xfinity  app if you click on current statement , then statement pdf , the pdf on page 1 shows cut off slip that you can mail in with your payment, you can use the details listed for the addrees to mail out your payment  along with your account number

Thank you BUT paperless billing is turned off for xfinity tv telephone and wifi. I ONLY  have paperless billing for mobile . Please advise or tell me how to speak with a live agent!

I never recieved my final bill statement either. Xfinity is threatening to send me to collections but I havent received anything.
