Hello! Thank you very much for joining us here on our forum community user_5vetmh! You should be able to quickly view your billing in the Xfinity app. Has your balanced changed in the app? Payment arrangement wise, that has to be normally be cleared up all within the same cycle of billing, the reason is once the next months billing generates, that would then change the past due balance owed. Traditionally with getting the services reactivated would require the entire past due paid at one time.
