I need to speak with a human please

Trying to call the number and it routes me to chat with ai or what ever it is. The issue I'm having is with the xfinity app the options listed by the robot does not include that. Stop being cheap and connect me with a human. Billion dollar company and using robots for your loyal customers. Ridiculous.
