I need to speak with a human being

The A.I. doesn’t understand anything other than prompt's to make another statement. This is a frustrating experience. The fact of not offering human intervention is ridiculous; to call for customer service assistance. This isn’t valuable for the customer to waste time on not getting the proper treatment.

I would like to speak with someone about changes to my current internet equipment; if I increase my internet amount. 

I want to make tv channel changes and what those bill adjustments mean.
