I need to speak to an agent. Everything I have tried doesn't work. This is ridiculous. Please help!

I need to speak to an agent because I received a text that said I have almost used up all of my monthly internet allotment for the month but we have not increased our usage and have never received that message before. We would like to speak to someone to assist to see if anyone else is bumming off of our internet. We have a password for anyone to be able to use it but would like assistance here and it is ridiculous that we cannot get ahold of anyone. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with when trying to get in contact with someone.

That response could not have been more unhelpful if an actual person tried to be unhelpful. That did NOT answer my question in the slightest. I AM REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON. PLEASE CONNECT ME TO AN AGENT.
