I need to speak to an agent, but Xfinity Assistant does not let me through to one.
Hi,
I am trying to start a new service but I have some questions that can't be answered by the bot and there are no options to help me. I need to speak to an actual agent so I can talk about the specifics of my service.
The bot, that is current unable to let me sign in, is also not letting me chat with anyone. Please contact me via my email on my account.
