I need to speak to a real agent

When we got internet I was told by the agent we would pay $10 less a month with autopay. We paid January at $60 before setting up autopay. February was autopay and still paid $60. March is coming up and it still shows $60.
Are we just not getting the $10 discount for using autopay?
The AI phone agent is zero help, online AI agent is zero help.
That’s an additional $120 a year that we were told we would be saving by using autopay.

Hi @user_0m7px4, Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Thank you for choosing us as your provider! We understand your frustrations with autopay and how it's applied to your account. The $10 discount starts within 45 days of enrollment and may take up to two billing cycles to appear. To maintain the discount, you must keep both automatic payments and paperless billing active; removing either will result in losing the discount. The discount is not available for payments made via debit or credit cards. What exact date did your service start? Is your account set up with paperless billing? Are you paying by ACH?

Please review our helpful article Automatic-Payment-Paperless-Billing [here]

I would be more than happy to review your account to review your billing setup.
