I need to speak to a live person

I can’t get an appointment for my internet outage. I’ve booked 2 appointments and get confirmation, then told I don’t have an appointment. I am so frustrated that I can’t talk to a real person and this is taking so much of my time. Super frustrated!

I guess I need to call another provider to get internet since I can’t get any help here
