I need to speak to a live agent

The “chat bot” doesn’t understand that I’m not having an issue at this very moment but my internet on all devices goes out almost every evening and sometimes during the day. Tv phone internet, gaming….

so when they do their test or restart the modem it shows it’s fine and disconnects me. I am in able to tell them this is an ongoing issue and I need to speak with someone

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
