I need to speak to a live agent

I have been trying to speak with a live person however the virtual assistant just runs me in ridiculous circles and never puts me through. I also tried calling and I get the same run around. I've also tried texting and that only dumps me back to the virtual assistant that again never gets me to an actual person.

I am frustrated beyond at this point. 

My service has been constantly under repair for a couple of weeks now. It will work then be out. I am constantly receiving messages about repairs in my area and it is getting ridiculous.

I work from home and constant interruptions to my service is affecting my work.

Dealing with the same issue. The AI chatbot is useless. It's impossible to connect to a real human person. Xfinity is the worst.

Have you had alert on our Xfinity app about interruptions, or have these issues just been random?
