Good afternoon @user_622rui. Are you saying that your email account is missing from Outlook or that your individual emails are missing? 

I can't access my personal email account.  When I click reset password it identifies a backup email to which I do not have access. When I click try another way it sends me to Xfinity Assistant, which is the most frustrating experience I've ever had with Xfinity.

Thanks for confirming. Are you trying to access your email through the XFINITY website, and then are being directed to reset your password?

@XfinityRaf  I have tried to reset it through the Xfinity website.  When I try through the Xfinity app it does not recognize the email address.  I will say again that the website is trying to sending a reset email to an account to which I no longer have access.  The article says that "

• Primary users can help Managers, Members, or Viewers reset their passwords.

I have tried to get access as a Primary user and I cannot find where on the website or the app I can reset the password for the other account I use for personal email.
