I need to set up an appointment to relocate my Internet cable since is a hazard for the pool construction
We have a cable hanging in the back to our house that is not allowing our pool permit to pass. The addres is {Edit personal information} and is not the address showing in our account. How we can set up an appointment with the technician and how much will be?

Thanks for reaching out. To report a safety concern about a low-hanging cable line across your property, please use this link and enter your account information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue. A technician will be scheduled to raise the line.
If you need to relocate your aerial drop because of a pool installation, there may be a charge for that work.
To set up a drop relocation, please send us a direct message with your first and last name and full service address.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
