Thanks for reaching out. To report a safety concern about a low-hanging cable line across your property, please use this link and enter your account information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue. A technician will be scheduled to raise the line.

If you need to relocate your aerial drop because of a pool installation, there may be a charge for that work.

To set up a drop relocation, please send us a direct message with your first and last name and full service address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.

Basically I need somebody at your organization that can provide this letter so we can pass a pool permit.

This letter serves to verify that the overhead drop wire serving the above-referenced property is a standard, unpowered residential service drop. This facility does not deliver network-power distribution current and is therefore exempt from the 22.5-foot vertical clearance matrix outlined in NEC 680.9(C). As an unpowered communications/fiber circuit, this installation is governed exclusively by NEC 680.9(B), requiring a minimum vertical clearance of 10 feet, which this property physically maintains.

The problem that I am encountering with the Direct Message is that my address [Edited: "Personal Information"] does not have a direct account with Comcast. We are willing to switch after this letter is received. My account is under another residence in [Edited: "Personal Information"] (second home).

If you can provide a direct email from where I could get this letter from i will appreciate it.
