I need to return 1 piece of equipment ,,,,

and can not get thru to talk to an agent.

I was offered a free phone by xfinity when talking about my iphone.  It was sent to me but I don't want it or any charges on my account that come with it, the box the phone is in is unopened.  Only the shipping box was opened

@XfinityThomasA​ No. that does not help me. The item is not listed, and there are old items that were returned years ago. I need to talk to a living breathing person and can not get through. As usual.

Good luck man.  I have had my equipment replaced 5 times, and twice they shipped it back to me and had to schedule techs to come with notes like "do not knock on my door, but pick up your stuff off the front porch"
