I was offered a free phone by xfinity when talking about my iphone. It was sent to me but I don't want it or any charges on my account that come with it, the box the phone is in is unopened. Only the shipping box was opened

@XfinityThomasA No. that does not help me. The item is not listed, and there are old items that were returned years ago. I need to talk to a living breathing person and can not get through. As usual.
