I need to reschedule an appointment:

We are having the same issue with our televisions again - it had stopped so I cancelled but they are doing it again. Can we please reschedule a Technion?

Hello, thank you for creating a new post. You mention having issues with your services, and we'll be glad to help. Can you tell me more about the issues and any troubleshooting you attempted? Before you cancelled the visit, did you take any additional steps on your end, or did it go away on its own? Have you also attempted to troubleshoot your service via the Xfinity App since it started up again?
