I need to have an Xfinity service box moved
I have a new driveway with approved and permitted plans and your service box is installed outside the way. It was not properly installed in the easement and now needs to be moved
please get me someone that can helps I’ve spent hours on the phone and no one has been able to understand what needs to be done

Hey @user_wm2ww4 thank you for visiting Xfinity Forums for assistance with this request. We can certainly help here whether you have service with us or not. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the address where the box is located.
To send a direct message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
