I need to get the exterior temporary line replaced with a permanent line and get that buried. It's been over 3 months.

I need to get the exterior temporary line replaced with a permanent line and get that buried. It's been over 3 months. The public utilities were mark on 4/8 (almost 1 month ago).

You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right hand corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support",which should then give you the ability to send us a message.

@XfinityCrystal​ I tried doing sending you a private message as you suggest but get "no results found" when I do so.

Are you able to send a Direct Message to Xfinity Support?

I tried direct messaging by clicking the chat icon (top-right) and then searching "xfinity support" but got "no results found."  I can start a new message but didn't find "xfinitycrystal" as a name.

No worries! To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
