I need to get a removed accessory email back

So frustrated with xfinity’s lack of customer service. I’ve been waiting to live customer service for over two hours.  One of my accessory emails was having an issue so I removed it, planning to put it back.  Now, it won’t let me put it back because it says it’s still in use and I can’t get to it.  How do I get it back?  It is not my primary email. How do I get customer service to help me?  This company sucks so bad.
