I need to file a complaint

I was in a chat with an agent over a phone issue that I’ve had since receiving the phone. I advised him that I was going to reach out to management over the issue, as I was not able to get it resolved. Conveniently, all of my services suspended, including WiFi and cellular services. I am CERTAIN that he manipulated my services, not only my mobile phone lines, but my WiFi at home. I would like this issue investigated and have communication of the outcome. There’s no way that everything just suspended. He intentionally caused an outage with ALL of my services. This is not acceptable. I spoke with another representative, who could not find a number to speak to someone about filing complaints. I was advised to come to this forum. Agents that go out of their way to make things difficult for customers, have no business working for Xfinity. I’ve been with Xfinity for several years, and this is issue needs to be addressed. I have no issue transferring to another company if not.

Lriddle22 Glad you reached out, can you tell me more about the suspension of your services? Were these disconnected?

Hello. Thank you for responding. My services weren’t disconnected. He did something on his end, purposely to temporarily interrupt my services. During our chat, all of my services went out- 4 cell phones, and my Wi-Fi. This went on for about 10 minutes. I believe he did it to be spiteful or to get out of the chat we were in. I initially started the chat  to report a SIM issue with one of my lines. When I said that I would contact management, all of my lines and WiFi went out. I have a family member with heart monitoring services, this is completely unacceptable.. If we had to call for emergency services, there was no way to do so.
