I need to do an X10 Request

2 or 3 months ago, I got approved for the X10 service. They said I was within the footage for the fiber connection.

Then I got sent over to Comcast Business and never heard back. I told them I wanted the X10 service, and they were unable to help.

How can I get the X10 fiber service?
