I need to delete an old modem from my account

I activated a new modem (customer owned). I need to delete the old one. I can't use the xfinity app. You guys won't let it run on Android 11 anymore.

user_ez5kb9 Thank you for reaching out! The Xfinity app can help our members with the removal of customer owned equipment. However, since you do not have access to the Xfinity app currently, we can help have the equipment removed for you. Please send us a direct message.
 
 

To send a "Direct Message" message:


• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the ""Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
