I need to chat with a live agent

I keep asking the assistant to talk to a live agent and all it does is say pay your bill. I need to talk to a live agent please and thank you.

You are all so [Edited: "Language"] corrupt. I have opened a case against you with the FCC . You again overcharged me . I spent hours last month clearing this up . Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
