I need to cancel!!!!
I need to cancel my service and you're making it impossible. I moved and I'm not using the service! I even just attempted to fill this form out and when I clicked on the keyword cancel it said there was a problem and timed out.
The chat is useless, there's no option to cancel online, and the phone calls drop.
I am paying for a service I don't use because I don't even live there and XFinity makes it impossible to cancel. You're feeling me from a service I don't even use at a location I don't live at. It's criminal. I need someone to cancel my service.
