I need to cancel unlimited data

I no longer need unlimited data and I was wondering if I could cancel it after my next bill post to my account?

Thank you for contacting us on the forums, @strykerzr350! We can definitely remove unlimited data from your account at any time. If you would like to schedule its removal now, we can do it! We'd need a little more detailed information, of course, and we wouldn't ask for it on a public post. You can send us a direct message to get started!

To send a direct message [private message]:

  •    Click "Sign In" if necessary
  •    Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  •    Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •    The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •    - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •    - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •    Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •    Press Enter to send it

I would like to cancel as well, but I do not see Direct Message and Xfinity Assistant does not help with that as well.
