I Need to Cancel My Service

I no longer use Xfinity for internet or cable and I need to cancel my services. I've tried doing this online and I get caught in a loop with no resolution. Please help.

- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message

This support is absolutely useless - no reply, no results. I had to call to get the cancelation done.

I see you stated you were able to get your services cancelled via our customer service agents over the phone.
