I need to cancel my service but I’m being blocked
I’m trying to cancel my service, but every option they give me in the assistant mysteriously doesn’t work. I can’t chat an agent because of high volume (multiple days in a row across multiple times of the day), I get an error when I try to schedule a callback, and when I try to call customer service directly the system makes me go through all the prompts, wait on hold for 3-5 minutes, then promptly hangs up on me. Why won’t they let me cancel without jumping through these hoops that they make inaccessible?

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
