I need to add my boyfriends name to the bill for proof of residency

Hi, like the title says I need to add my boyfriends name to the bill to establish proof of residency. Can someone help me with that?

Ritsuuka Thanks for reaching out with your concerns! Xfinity only allows one primary account holder's name on the actual billing statement. If you would like change ownership of the account to your boyfriend, so his name appears on the bill you can find more information here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-change.

Is this a new thing where only one name can be on it because I just seen another post where this was able to easily be added for multiple people. I would have messaged in that thread but I didnt know how to Hence why I created my own post

Ritsuuka You can add additional users to your account by following instructions found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts, but only the account holders name appears on the billing statement, and only one name can be listed as the account holder.
