If you are having issues accessing your email we recommend visiting xfinity.com directly and click Sign in the screen's top-right corner. Enter your Xfinity ID and click Let's Go. On the next screen, enter your password and click Sign In. In the screen's top-right corner select Check Email. If you run into any issues during that process let us know what step you are getting stuck in and what you are seeing on your end, so we can help better.
