I need the coax cable installed to my house
I have been trying to get Xfinity internet for two months! I order it and someone cancels it. So I order it again. The problem is I have no coax cable to the house yet. I need one, either temporary or permanent (I don't care which at this point). They have marked out the existing undergrounds but no one informs me when they will install my cable. On my first try to get an account, your system says I cancelled and have no account but I did NOT. So I ordered it again. CAN'T I GET THE CABLE INSTALLED ABOVE GROUND TO BE BURIED LATER? The installer will be back again soon and he will again cancel my order again! HELP! My screen has no icon in the right corner to write you back. So look up my account and do something. Thank you.

I would love to look further into the delays. Can you please reach out through direct message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?
