I need someone to resolve this problem expedite matters. I am so done with this someone called me.

am requesting immediate escalation of my existing service ticket.

My internet service continues to fail intermittently throughout the day, approximately every 10–15 minutes. This is not a minor inconvenience or simply a slow connection. The repeated outages are affecting my phone calls, internet access, and my ability to conduct normal day-to-day business from my home.

I have already reported this problem and a ticket has been opened. At this point, I need more than another troubleshooting session or another explanation. I need to know what Xfinity is actually doing to permanently correct the problem and when it will be done.

If the issue requires an outside contractor, a line crew, replacement of exterior lines, or other infrastructure work, then please escalate the ticket to the appropriate department and provide me with a realistic timeframe for completion.

I have been patient, but I cannot continue paying for internet service that repeatedly disconnects throughout the day with no clear resolution.

Please have someone with the authority to address this issue contact me and provide:

  1. The current status of my existing ticket.
  2. What has been identified as the cause of the repeated outages.
  3. What work is required to permanently correct it.
  4. When that work is expected to be completed.

If Xfinity cannot provide reliable service to my home or give me a reasonable timeframe for resolving this problem, please tell me directly. I can arrange service with another provider in less than five minutes.

I would prefer that Xfinity simply correct the problem, but I need reliable internet service and I need a concrete answer now.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

At least five Xfinity customers in our subdivision are experiencing constant TV pixelation and poor reception. The problem has been occurring for more than two weeks. We have already reported the problem to Xfinity and were told that the matter would be escalated, but no one has contacted us and the problem continues. Because multiple homes are experiencing the same problem, this appears to be a neighborhood signal, line, amplifier, tap, or outside-plant issue rather than an individual television or cable-box problem. I am asking that this be escalated to a supervisor and to the technical team responsible for investigating neighborhood/outside-plant signal quality. Please provide: 1. The escalation or trouble-ticket number; 2. Confirmation that the problem is being investigated as a neighborhood issue; 3. The date a qualified technician will check the signal/noise levels serving our subdivision; and 4. A contact person or department responsible for following up. This has gone on long enough. We need the underlying signal problem identified and repaired rather than having individual customers repeatedly troubleshoot their equipment.
