I need my original plan back

I need help restoring my previous Internet/mobile bundle after a temporary summer upgrade.

Before July 2026, my account had a 300 Mbps Internet plan with the 1.2 TB data allowance and a promotional price of approximately $15/month, together with one Xfinity Mobile line at the bundled $40/month rate.

Because my children were home for summer vacation, I temporarily upgraded to Unlimited Data. I now want to return to my previous arrangement.

I visited an Xfinity store today, and the representative told me that my previous promotion disappeared when I changed to Unlimited Data.

Please review my account history and see whether my previous promotion/bundle can be reinstated, or whether an equivalent existing-customer loyalty/retention offer is available.

I do NOT want to change to a new plan until I know the complete monthly price.

My desired configuration is:
300 Mbps Internet + 1.2 TB data allowance + 1 Xfinity Mobile line, at approximately my previous promotional price.

Please also confirm whether changing back would affect my Xfinity Mobile bundled discount.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_ts9yek thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and I can definitely help with an account review to see what promotion options are currently available. I'm glad our awesome Forum expert @EG was able to move your post and bring this to my attention, and I'm here to help.

I understand wanting to look at other options after the previous change, if those upgrades are no longer needed. The store expert was correct that once an older grandfathered package has been changed (which sounds like you were on based on pricing and bundle discounts you mentioned), those can't be added back and wanted to help get the proper expectations there.

Regarding $15 internet the only thing I've seen currently in that pricing range for internet is our Internet Essentials 75 MBPS download speed. This requires specific requirements to qualify, and has a form that needs to be filled out to get reviewed. https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/internet-essentials

Our Xfinity Mobile bundle discount is now $10 per month for customers who also have internet, and we now have 2 plans our Mobile Select and Mobile Select Plus. So if you've changed your Xfinity Mobile data plan, these would be the only 2 options available and just like the internet promotions once you've moved to a new generation Xfinity Mobile plan the older ones are no longer available: https://www.xfinity.com/hub/mobile/xfinity-mobile-plans

Please let me know if this was helpful, and if you're still needing assistance with an account review.

Thank you for clarifying. I understand that the previous grandfathered package itself cannot be restored.

Yes, I would still appreciate an account review for the best available existing-customer/retention offer.

My goal is to keep approximately the same service level I had before — 300 Mbps Internet and one Xfinity Mobile line — but I no longer need Unlimited Data now that the summer vacation is over.

Could you please check all currently available promotions or loyalty offers for my account, including any options that would allow me to reduce my monthly bill while keeping 300 Mbps?

Before making any changes, please provide me with the total expected monthly price for Internet + my one Mobile line, including all applicable discounts, so I can compare it with my current bill.

Thank you for your help.
