I need information

My Xfinity service has had one to three disruptions every day for two weeks.  I get cheery little text messages about how it is being repaired soon. 

I cannot get through to a human to find out whether this is the new normal or what to expect going forward.  Another outage a few minutes ago!! Even more insulting is that while the outage is in effect they expressly tell me they will not let me speak to anyone. When it is fixed, I can't discuss the issue because there is no longer an outage. There is nothing on the robo-menus about chronic downtime. And when the internet comes back, it often goes through periods of being impossibly slow on download speeds while the upload is unchanged. 

I guess the best way to handle this is to switch to another provider on Nov 1 at which time Xfinity will reach out to ask why and I will be able to speak to a human.  I give up trying to work with Xfinity.

Like most people, I cannot fully express my rage at the chat and auto-answer service which is designed to deny human contact.
