I need help/guidance in regards to submitting a Claim - Septic tank was damaged when installer drove over it
I have already tried calling xfinity in regards to this issue but they said the one that is supposed to submit the claim is the person who is in charge of the service that was installed. I have a rental property in Rome GA and the property that was damaged belongs to me not the person renting. The xfinity installer decided to drive through the back of the property and drove over our septic tank. this was back in January. The septic upper concrete area is destroyed and the soil and concrete went inside the tank. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. My tenant is the one that requested the service to be connected but I am the home owner.
