I need help with the cable

So I bought the box, and my new apartment has an old cable cord attached and it’s hard to pull off, it might’ve been painted over but I need help getting it connected!

To confirm, are you experiencing any error codes or messages on your screen? Have you also tried checking to see if there are any service interruptions occurring in your area?
